Profile Overview

Eric is an Associate in the Firm and is attached to the Dispute Resolution Department. He has experience and interest in Conveyancing, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Commercial Law.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.


He has cultivated teamwork, innovation and critical thinking skills through a range of practical experience. This, combined with his passion for the industry have created a strong foundation in his legal endeavors.

He is a firm believer in team work and was part of a team that successfully handled a complex contractual dispute amounting to 1.2 Billion Kenya Shillings involving one of the parastatals. He has also participated in Legal and Governance Audit for one of the biggest companies in Kenya.

Notable Achievements

Was being part of the team that actively drafted pleadings and represented a state corporation both in the High Court and Court of Appeal in construction contract dispute valued at USD $ 484,502,886.40. At the heart of the dispute is a claim for an additional USD $126, 255,812.62 together with interest of USD $2,651,824.07 as dues following the Extension of Time (EOT) while constructing the 20 multi-product pipeline of over 450km, from Mombasa to Nairobi.
