Aaron Onyango is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and currently enrolled for an M.A in Development Studies. He is also a trained Professional Mediator.

He has extensive work experience spans Corporate Dispute Resolution, Legal Due Diligence, Employment Law, Commercial and Contract Law and Health Informatics.

Aaron is a keen scholar having several publications in peer reviewed journals and dailies on different subjects spanning Renewable Energy and Employment Law. He is a part-time lecturer at Rongo University and is also passionate about volunteering through different CBOs. Aaron is an accomplished swimmer having represented his institutions of learning in national and regional competition.

Part of the team defending a client against a claim in excess of Kshs. 200 Million where his role involves the audit of the client’s legal vulnerability and providing a research report on the client’s compliance with regards to the transactions in question.

Part of the team representing a client in a arbitration matter regarding the violation of a contract where the client claims over Kshs. 150 Million where his role included reviewing and analysis of the disputed agreements.

Review and audit of the internal termination procedures and protocols of a client in an employment dispute where a client was sued by an employee for unfair termination.
